Exclusive Print 4-colour Risograph Print for Eastern Biological.

Based on Fairy Rings, this artwork inspired by the folklore surrounding the unusual phenomenon, whereby mushrooms naturally grow in a ring or arc. They’re found mainly in forested areas, but also appear in grasslands, and bring bad luck if you stand in the middle of one!
The text is an excerpt from ‘Mushrooms’ by Sylvia Plath. The full poem can be read as a metaphor for women’s rights and many other issues regarding the powerful and the powerless.
